Like there’s no reason you should be manually sending a welcome email to new clients (UNLESS it’s a totally customized email, I’ll let that slide)! 👀

I’ve heard before “well I have the time to do it since I don’t have a huge influx of clients” sure but let’s think forward.

When you get to the point where you have too many clients to keep up, or you want to level up client experience, or focus on actual coaching instead of the admin, you’ll want to have simple automations like this!

Something I wish I knew is that it’s not a failure when you have to pivot. Things shift in business all the time, it’s strength and resilience that allows you to pivot to the place you need to be to succeed!

Letting go of systems, operations, services, spaces, ideas that no longer serve you is going to benefit you in the long run!
